* Do you have 24 hours service ?
Yes we do have. We are open 24 hrs 365 days.

* If I have Health insurance from my country do you cover my medical needs?
Of course, if we have an understanding with your insurance or your insurance gives us a guarantee we have no problem. If guaranteed by your insurance, Medical evacuations by air or surface are also available from anywhere in the sub-continent.

* Do you have in-house kitchen and laundry facility ?
Yes we do have.

* Do you have facility to evacuate patients from remote places?
Yes by surface ambulance and air ambulance

* Can you provide second opinion services?
Yes we have a telemedical service for second opinion from university hospitals/reputed Institutions in Germany.

* It is known that there are many power breakdowns in Delhi area, do you have power backup?
Yes in fact we have full power backup by 2 heavy duty generators. Our Operation Theatre, ICU and all other Emergency areas are connected through UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply)

* Do you have separate parking for the patients and attendants?
Yes we do have a separate parking area for the patients and their relations within the boundary of the hospital.

* Do you have telecommunication facility in patient rooms?
Yes we do have telecommunication facility with long distance calling facility.

* Do the patients admitted have to bring their own medicines?
"No, for the inpatients the medicines are provided by the hospital.
